Bobby Stewart has provided me with timely quotes on products to a wealth of information when I need to educate myself on a new product. Their pricing has always proved to be very competitive as well. In addition, Bobby Stewart has been a tremendous help with supporting the Avaya product line. He has installed and programmed two Avaya G700 IP telephone systems and IP-enabled a Definity Prologix PBX. I was never so impressed as I was on the night of a system upgrade when one of our Definity's crashed. It was close to midnight and Bobby personally drove back to his office in Statesville, pulled a new PBX off his shelf, and installed it for us the same night. CCI was not the cause of the problem, but they resolved the issue and surpassed my expectations. He installed, programmed the system, and had us back in service for the next business morning.
