About fifteen months ago Hickory Springs Mfg. Co. purchased an Avaya Definity switch from CCI for our corporate office and three satellite locations.  As Telecommunications Manager for Hickory Springs, I have worked closely with CCI prior to and during the installation and for the period afterward.  We considered several other vendors and they bid on the project along with CCI.  Besides quoting the best price I was impressed with the fact that CCI cares about their customers and is truly dedicated to pleasing them after the initial installation.  During the bid process I dealt with both Tim Pearce and Jean Bennett and they were both very courteous and always responded promptly to requests.  In the last year CCI has installed several Lucent Partner Systems for some of our smaller locations.

I have worked with many of the CCI technicians and they have always been very eager to help in time of crisis as well as with routine issues.  Joe Link, the scheduler, has been cooperative in getting work orders scheduled and resolved in a timely manner.  In times of telephone-related emergencies after regular business hours, I have called the after hours number for the service department and the technician on call has always responded promptly.  Bobby Stewart has been a valuable source in answering technical questions.

I highly recommend CCI as a telephone vender.  The Avaya equipment is excellent and all their people do a very good job.
